We at Flavour Decoder love to bake sourdough and yeasted breads. While using a paper recipe is great we found using the same few recipes over and over at different volumes improved our bread making much more than jumping from recipe to recipe. We decided to create a tool to help like minded people do the same.

Along with guides on making your own starter and understanding the bakers percentage. You will find the calculator. This allows you to use the built in formulas to create beautiful loaves and scale the ingredients as you require.
